To say she was in good shape would be a blatant lie. Minimal food servings every week, a complete lack of communication outside of interrogation sessions and, of course, the occasional beatings behind the backs of the superiors. Well, she couldn’t really blame some of these people for taking advantage of her. She’d killed a good deal of their friends. It was only natural that they’d hate her. Her wounds always healed fast enough anyway, so no real signs of abuse were present.
”.. Someone’s coming.”
She’d become all too familiar with the sound of someone turning the handles on that door. Was it another interrogation session? Or just more Militairy Police dogs looking to vent their frustration?
Time seemed to pass rather slowly in the coming days. Attention had turned to the new captive that sat within the prison cells deep underground. Whispers continually circulated throughout the barracks of her entrapment. Mainly wondering how she was being held, what sort of information they were getting out of her, and of course when she would be killed.
All in good time of course…
Though, it was rather interesting to find out from the commander himself that all other expeditions would be put on hold as the troops were now on constant surveillance of the female so tightly holed up. It only went to pique the corporal’s interest in speaking to the girl himself. Perhaps that is how he found himself traveling down the long corridors to the prison cell. Passing several stationed guards he could see the strain in their faces. The thought of her getting loose and causing another rampage clear within their eyes.
Levi showed nothing more than his emotionless mask. Boots gently falling upon the hard cement floors. One after another. Click. Click. Click.
As he reached the door he gently pried the wooden frame open. The screech of rusty hinges filling the empty void.
It was dark within the confines of her cell. All that lit the small area were a few blazing torches, enough to make out the figure of the female before him.
Blank grey hues found themselves staring down at the blonde, not even a trace of anger or resentment showing upon his features for the loss of his teammates via the very girl before him.
"Are you hungry?" He questioned, voice monotone as ever.
